Is this a quote?

No. It’s a planning range based on the typical Bay Area costs we publish for each kind of project. Your home, the layout and the finishes you choose set the real number, which we put in writing after the consultation and 3D design.

What’s included in the range?

Design, permit drawings and construction: demolition through finishes, with one project manager. City permit and utility fees are paid to the city and aren’t part of our price.

Why does the finish level matter so much?

Cabinetry, stone, tile, fixtures and appliances are a large share of a remodel. Moving from stock to custom pieces can change the total more than the size of the room does.

Can I see my project before I commit?

Yes. That’s the point of how we work: we design your remodel in 3D, you make changes on screen, and only then do we build.
